Come Home to You is a gentle 21-day guided experience created for the woman who has spent so much time being the strong one, the helper, the listener, or the peacekeeper that somewhere along the way, she stopped hearing herself. Over 21 days, you'll be gently guided through the Release → Hear → Trust → Choose framework—beginning to put down what isn't yours to carry, reconnect with what you feel and need, rebuild trust in yourself, and begin making choices that honor the woman you are becoming. Your $111 experience includes: • The complete 21-day Come Home to You digital journal, with daily reflections, gentle practices, and space to write and reconnect with yourself • Three 75-minute live group coaching calls with Bridget on October 26, November 2, and November 9 • Guided support as we move together through Release → Hear → Trust → Choose • Space during the live calls for reflection, connection, questions, and gentle coaching • Supportive practices to help you carry what you're discovering into your everyday life The live calls are a space to come exactly as you are. You're welcome to share, ask questions, reflect alongside the group, or simply listen and receive. There is no pressure to do this perfectly or keep up. This isn't another thing to accomplish.
